Product Cosmetic Blemish Notification

Regretfully, it has come to our attention that a number of Bed Buddies, ordered between 10/1/23 and 12/4/23, have a cosmetic defect with the spade of the tool.  We have isolated the problem in production and have been assured that it is limited to a specific shipment.  Unfortunately, that shipment has fulfilled orders taken from www.BedBuddi.com, Amazon, eBay and in-person at the SEMA show.  

As seen in the picture to the right, in some of the units from the affected shipment, the powder coating peels off the bottom side of the flat spade.  Rest assured, this is only a cosmetic blemish and the tool will function perfectly fine in this condition.  Regardless, please follow the button provided below and fill out the contact form found on that page.  Within the form, let us know:

1. that your spade was one of the blemished units, 
2. your name, address (of where you want the replacement hook sent), email and phone number,
3. where you purchased your unit from (i.e. Amazon, BedBuddi.com, eBay or SEMA)

Once that information has been received, we will send out a replacement spade ASAP free of charge.  

Feel free to use your Bed Buddi, with the blemished spade, until your new spade comes in - then simply swap them out.  You can keep the blemished spade as a backup if you would like.
