WHERE'S MY ORDER?
WHEN THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK: We will typically process and ship orders in 1 to 2 business days. We offer free shipping on orders $35 or more and the shipping time can be anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. Once the order is processed, the system will send an email with the tracking information.
WHEN THE PRODUCT IS BACKORDERED: As of December 9th 2024, we are temporarily out of inventory. Our next shipment is scheduled to arrive in the port of Oakland 1/21/25. It will be a few days to get the shipment off-loaded and then from the port to our warehouse. When it arrives, we will process all backorders as quickly as possible. When the backorders are processed with us, the system will send tracking information to the recipient’s email address on file. Until then however, we will send emails to all backorder customers with progress updates of the vessel along the way.
Wondering if your order is on backorder? Check your order confirmation email that you would have received shortly after placing your order at the email address entered with the order. This will indicate if the item is backordered. The backorder status would have been listed on the order page at the time of purchase as well. Also, the first paragraph of the description would have detailed the backorder situation IF the item was out of inventory at the time of purchase.

They are using our logo, imagery and even video taken from the recent SEMA show. Yes, the standard mounting plate & screws ships, INCLUDED, with all Bed Buddi units. We do offer replacement or additional plates sold separately as well.

DOES BED BUDDI COME WITH A SPADE?
Yes, the standard 3" spade ships, INCLUDED, with all Bed Buddi units. We do offer replacement or additional spades sold separately as well.

IS BED BUDDI MADE IN THE USA?
Unfortunately, no... but we tried! We couldn't find a manufacturer in the US that either 1) wanted the project, and/or 2) could produce it at a cost that would allow us to keep the price under $40.
It was designed here in California though, by a couple of buddies over a 4th of July family camping trip if that makes you feel better? And once it's shipped to us from China, we distribute it from our warehouse in Folsom.
And although it is produced in China, which doesn't have the best reputation for quality, this product is made well. Don't take our word for it though, read through our reviews.
Be careful however, because there are fraudulent companies on Social channels claiming to be us and claiming that the product is made in the USA.
DOES BED BUDDI COME IN LONGER LENGTHS FOR A LONG BED TRUCK?
Not yet, but soon! We are in the process of developing a version for trucks with "long beds" (8ft), but the drawback of that product is the fact that it will also necessarily be longer when retracted. This longer retracted length will unfortunately limit the mounting locations a bit as it will be too long to mount vertically at the tailgate. Nonetheless, it will increase the extended length of the Bed Buddi from 5' to 7ft.
